Session 4 Final Day? Really?

Hi Everyone,

Wow, I can’t believe that this session is coming to a close tomorrow! This week went by way too fast! But what a great week it was. Even today, as we saw a pretty steady rain throughout most of the day, we had groups studying the forest, making pizza, looking for mosses, learning to tie knots, doing improv skits, and so much more. We even had about a dozen campers show up for the pre-breakfast polar bear swim – now that’s dedication!

Tonight we enjoyed the closing campfire with lots of terrific songs, jokes and skits. I’m telling you, these campers got all out of this week. It was really, really great! We wish they could stick around some more (but no, you must pick them up tomorrow!).

The LIT2 group and the JCs will be here with us a bit longer, and we’re grateful for that. You’ll see the LITs dressed up as some interesting characters in last night’s heffalump hunt. A few JCs are in there too.

Don’t forget to join me for Coffee with the Director tomorrow morning at 9:15, or for the closing ceremony at 10:00. We look forward to seeing you then! Enjoy some pictures that were taken by some of our counselors this time – thanks for the help!

See you tomorrow!

Bob
