Hey Everybody,
It’s hard to believe it, but your vacation is just about over. Worse than that, our time with your campers is almost up too! It’s been a fantastic session – lots of fun, lots of discovery, and lots of great memories. I just came from the first part of our Closing Campfire and it was truly amazing. Lots and lots of terrific talent; from readings and acting from campers in the drama DG to funny skits, to wonderful songs. I wish you were all there to see it!
The Bike and Beach trekkers also returned this afternoon after a really nice week on Cape Cod and Nantucket. Here, they took part in biking, research projects, sea kayaking, learning about the salt marsh and more. These trips are a fabulous experience for 8 trekkers and 2 leaders. There still a bit of space in our trek program for this summer, so if you know a 14-17 year-old who is looking for a cool adventure, have them give us a call.
We managed to get a few more pictures from the day, so we’ll complete this session with the following. It will be bitter sweet, but we will look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
