This year, Mass Audubon is combining both themes into a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.massaudubon.org\/get-outdoors\/activities\/earth-month\">month-long celebration<\/a> of diversity, community, and resilience in nature and our human communities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In nature, the resilience of ecological communities depends on the richness of their diversity and the strength of their interconnectedness. In human communities, resilience is also built through connection, celebrating and honoring differences, and taking local action to positively affect the whole community. Cleaning these habitats will help foster a more resilient ecosystem that supports the growth and survival of native wildlife species.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work for Wildlife at the Boston Nature Center<br>Mattapan, MA \u2022 Saturday, April 9 \u2022 9:00 am\u201312:00 pm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grab your gardening gloves as we spruce up the gardens and trails for spring at the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.massaudubon.org\/program-catalog\/boston-nature-center\/82989-work-for-wildlife-volunteer-day\" target=\"_blank\">Boston Nature Center<\/a>.
