Friday, April 8

Teen Night at Drumlin Farm
7–10 pm | Ages 13–17
New this year! Meet our community of nature-loving teens. Explore Drumlin Farm’s trails by moonlight, stargaze at the top of the drumlin, and listen for owls and night creatures.

Froggy Night Walk
7–8:30 pm | Ages 5+ w/Adult
Let’s practice our different frog calls from peep-peep-peeps to banjo twangs. Join us for an evening stroll listening and looking for these nighttime singers.

Saturday, April 9

100th Day Celebration at Drumlin Farm
10 am–4 pm | All ages
This year Mass Audubon wildlife sanctuaries turn 100! Join us for a 100th Day Celebration the Drumlin Farm way.

Teen Birders: Mission Possible
9–4 pm | Ages 12–16
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to search out the unusual.

Sunday, April 10

Walk and Talk with David Sibley
1–2:30 pm | Talk and 2:45–4 pm | Walk
Author and illustrator David Allen Sibley will showcase his updated and expanded The Sibley Guide to Birds of Eastern North America. Then, he will lead a bird walk around Drumlin Farm while referencing his book.

Chickadee Birders: Bring on the Birds!
1–3 pm | Ages 7–10
Bring the birds to your yard! We will discuss diets,  plants that attract birds, and different types of feeders. We will also build edible feeders, and take a bird walk around the farm.

Wednesday, April 13

Frog Prince
3:30–5 pm | All ages
Join us as we tell the tale of The Frog Prince and search the ponds and pools for amphibian royalty. We’ll sing the songs of the court as we search for His Royal Hopness.

Thursday, April 14

Thursday Morning Bird Walk
7:30–10:30 am | Adults
Join us as we explore Drumlin Farm and other local hotspots in search of late-winter and early-spring migrants.

This Little Piggy
10–11:30 am | All ages
Join us for a swine of a time with piglets!

Birding Basics (Two-part Lecture/Field Trip)
7–9 pm | Adults
If you are just getting started observing birds or you want to make the most of your time in the field this spring, this program is for you.

Barnyard Bricks
3:30–5 pm | Ages 4–11
Try a new twist on nature play using LEGO bricks! We’ll warm up with some design challenges to spark our creativity, then head outside to gain inspiration from nature, studying the habitats of Drumlin Farm through the eyes of an engineer.
